Quality Declaration of Management

In order to continuously optimize the quality of the service, the management implemented a quality management system in September 2021 – according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management. The management is responsible for ensuring that the organization has the (correct) people, information and resources to realize the quality policy. The quality objectives are evaluated annually during the assessment of the quality management system and objectives are set for the coming year. The input of employees, stakeholders and clients is essential in this regard.
